We are delighted to share with you our interpretation of the community’s vision for the future of the Oceanfront Squamish development.
“Refining our brand and development as a whole was important to us. Oceanfront Squamish, formerly Newport Beach Developments, will act as the primary moniker and rebrand for the peninsula moving forward. As a team, we felt that Oceanfront Squamish better represents our vision, dream and plan for the community” says John Matthews, President of Matthews West. “This website replaces the Newport Beach Developments site and will be your go to source for updates and information regarding the evolution of the development site.”
Work to date has included extensive community input, careful consideration for environmental work, site specific civil and geotechnical considerations and thoughtful master planning. We are so proud to introduce the progression of the Oceanfront Squamish development – A new complete community shaped by the spirit of Squamish – with 100 acres of new homes, businesses, industries, green spaces and water access on the peninsula.
